Initiate Your Request
Log into your Summo Sports account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
